Traditional or modern?
The world changes, including the world of financial advice. We don’t think that you should be forced to receive advice the traditional way, by making an appointment to come and see us at a time that suits us, not you.
Don’t have time to come to our office? No problem, life is busy, and time is precious, so we’ll fit in with you. Whether that means coming to see you in person, or remotely meeting you online, by telephone, or even digitally by email or messaging app.
The traditional way or the modern way, it’s up to you.
What about the admin?
Paperwork, there’s always paperwork. Whilst we like to think that we live in a paper free world, sometimes you can’t avoid it. However, we give you options on how to get the documents we need to us. As a client, you will have a secure online client area with us where you can upload documents, if you wish.
Most of our processes are online, so as well as uploading documents to us, we can identify you electronically, and digital signatures can be used. Sometimes, there will be a need for ‘wet’ signatures on documents with some lenders, but we’ll make this as easy as possible. You can of course use the traditional way of getting documents to us if you’re not comfortable with the online process.
